about me

I'm Diane. There are plenty of labels that I or you can apply to me, and also... I'm still Diane. We are ALL complex, nuanced BEings who change over time, and hopefully grow ~ become stronger, more flexible, less rigid;
more empathetic & caring ~ of our Self & Others.

As long as I can remember, I've been a Teacher.
I will always be be a teacher, and a student of Life.

Throughout this journey, I've also been paid to be a Caregiver, Housekeeper, Landscaper, Decorator, Photographer, Massage Therapist, Energy Healer, Minister/Priestess, Artist, Laborer, Manager and a few other things.
First & foremost, I'm an Aunt, Sister, Daughter, Friend & Lover. I've lived through trauma, Trauma, addiction, co-dependency, divorce, coming out, and not wanting to live. I've been in/out of therapy/meetings for decades, and will continue to for as long as I'm around. I've moved 30+ times & have been called an expert in transitions. Most importantly, I stopped running from myself, or running simply because the world was telling me I needed to run; paused; and started walking toward my Self.

I can help you make that shift  too.

What do I do?

I help you breathe deeper & move easier
I help build connection to self & community
I help open pathways & shift stagnancy
I help inspire creativity & flexibility
I help us remember that love is a verb

How do I do these things?

Consultation: in-person/on-line
Bodywork: massage therapy/energy healing
Experience: workshops/retreats/events
Creativity: custom artwork/spaces/places
Celebration: endings/middles/beginnings
What does that mean for you?

Our work will involve just enough pressure to get results & meet you where you're at, with bodywork, classes or workshops.

Spiritual, creative & natural approach to the work.

Acceptance of all gender identities, sexualities & bodies.

Understanding of abuse, addiction & trauma histories.

Connecting to your whole self ~ body & soul,
to your spaces & places, to your family & community.

Why do I do these things?

Simply stated... I follow the path God is leading me down. Blessedly, She understands when I sometimes drag my feet.

Also, it's really just about me getting comfortable with sharing more of Me
with You, and then helping you get more comfortable with You.

Because you are worthy.
